If you provide us with your mobile number, you will receive SMS alerts letting you know your driver is on the way and when they arrive at your pickup location. If you need to contact your driver, we automatically send you their contact info via email as soon as a driver is assigned to your trip. You can also always call (800) 204-0277, email amlimoservicesinc@gmail.com, or chat with live with us.
Your chauffeur will meet you at the end of your arriving terminal and help collect any checked bags. From there, you and your bags will be escorted to your reserved vehicle in the parking garage. Please note: In the rare event that your chauffeur is unable to find close enough parking to your terminal, he/she may need to arrange a curbside pickup with you.

Flights were cancelling due to COVID. I had let them know about 22hours ahead of time to cancel the reservation so I went ahead and called and he said no problem. I then get a call from another number claiming to be from AM Limo services saying that I would be charged 30% (I was like why didn't you tell me earlier, but ok.) I got charged 40% instead. Overall very unprofessional tone was used and lied about how much they were going to charge me!!

Excellent service, good prices and clean vehicle. It all adds up to value. We made the reservations online the day before, got the email confirmation and the next thing I know we get a text confirming the reservation. On the day of, we get a test from the driver wit. picture and a greeting.
We land early and get a text from the driver saying he is waiting at the baggage cain at the bottom fo the escalator. There he is!
The drive was smooth and quite.

Martin and his team are top notch! They arrive on time, provide in the moment responses to questions, communicate with you about the trip/driver status on your pickup and drop off days, and clearly care about their customers. I have used them for 2 trips requiring VERY early morning pickups, and they provided stellar service. I will be booking their services again for another trip at the end of October.

The service provided was exactly as said - meet and greet at airport and drop off.
My only concern is that $15 was added and charged more than the agreed amount per the confirmed quote for 'tolls'. I do not mind this, but when given the start and finish destination, I would assume that tolls would be taken into account.
The fixed quote included an airport toll and airport parking, so not sure when a highway toll can not be included, which would have been know.
