From the minute I booked them ( then called them to get some additional information) to the time we were picked up and delivered on time to Pasadena event, the service was impeccable on all fronts. I got a call 15 minutes before pick-up to confirm name of a driver and type of car. Returned trip form Pasadena to Santa Monica was as perfect as previous one. Driver Walter was wonderful too. Ynah, of LAX Lux Limo was very informative and helpful with all the process of renting a limousine, everything are easy, it feels like I knew her for many years. She was very polite and will touch your heart once you talked to her. I'm at ease chatting with her. Our driver came early to the booking appointment time. From the time we travel we haven't got an issue with pickup and dropping offs. We really appreciated for our driver's great and awesome service. We will use them again in the future. We Highly recommend them!!

I had several Doctor appointments in Westwood recently and knew a driver would be necessary. I was quite apprehensive, as I had called several in my area and was not impressed. I then spoke to Henrich at LAX Lux Limo and that all changed. He was polite and very professional. He provided me with the best service anyone could ask for. His reliability was incredible, not only prompt, but early!!
Each trip with Henrich, (6) was stress free and so very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone going anywhere.
