I have been coming here for a little over three months now. I bought a new to me performance sedan and had noticed this car wash before as it has a touch less car wash bay which is FAR better for a cars paint and clear coat. Anyway, this is the best touchless car wash I have ever used. It gets my car spotless everytime and even with the cheapest wash you get an amazing underbody cleaning and it works very well. The dryer does a fantastic job and I just use a chamois to get the little bit of water left over when I pull around to the vacuums. I honestly love this place and my family used to own

have tried to cancel over the phone multiple times and haven’t gotten a response in over a week. also my very first time i used the touch wash, i was guided into the wash and then the man got mad at me when i came off the track when he was literally guiding me. no idea how that was my fault

Move over Moo & Goo! This car wash has an amazing light show and if you tune into the correct EDM tune--you've got yourself the perfect 5 minute in-car dance party!
This past Saturday I picked up a lobster roll from the Cousin's truck at Olentangy Brewing and figured I'd kill two birds & hit up a car wash to nom.
Right at the intersection of Polaris & Green Meadows, I see Car Wash USA with not one, but 2 wash bays.
They offer Touchless & Express. Express was shorter--so I got in that line. $5 for the cheapest wash as I wanted to clean off salt build up mid-season

I drive out of my way once a week to come to this car wash. I switch between the touch less and the express wash and both leave my SUV looking great. The employees are all incredibly friendly (please tip these guys, they deserve it!) Highly recommend using this business when your ride is looking a little... crusty. 😎👌🏻

My car was covered with salt so I was looking for a place to just wash it off. No fancy wash needed. We pulled up and an employee walks up and helps me with the machine. He handed me two wipes for my interior and I drive to the building. The next employee directed me in and away we went. All went smoothly. Only thing that surprised me is one of the machines on the driver's side moved my side mirror toward the car. When we drove out, I pulled it back to the correct position and all is well. Shiny car again!

The employees do not follow through with questions. The wash is good but had unpleasant experience with the employees.
Waited in line for awhile since they were backed up. They gave everyone behind me a free wash or coupon but me and the guy in front. Seriously, especially when we could see it.
Another occasion I wanted to buy the frequent washes and pay monthly, but you have to place s big sticker on your windshield. My car is custom and I don't want the sticker. She said they have to but would speak to the owner. Gave her my name and number, never heard back. Went in again to ask and still

They place a sticker pass on your windshield. It worked fine where it was however the owner, Todd, didn't like where his employee placed mine and insisted it be replaced (horizontal rather than vertical). My front windshield is tinted and we couldn't remove the old pass with a razor. I asked if new one could go on the outside of windshield he got frustrated and said he was terminating my pass. I was never rude just didn't want my tint damaged. There has to be a better solution than that. I was happy to pay a monthly fee to use the wash. Just very poor customer service with this situation. Today was our first time visiting this car wash, and we were not disappointed! Everything is new, and our car came out really clean. Their prices are lower than the other car wash we visit in the Polaris area, and I love the fact that you can sign up for a monthly plan for unlimited washes. Will definitely come back!
