Regent Remote Care is a powerful medical alert and personal emergency response system (or "PERS") that works hands-free on your loved one's secure, private network. Covering up to 1,000 square feet per device, our smart speakers are capable of hearing and speaking to you throughout your home up to 50 feet away from the device.

The kind care providers at Regent were an incredible blessing to us during a time when my husband's mom needed 24/7 care in our home. Everyone we dealt with at Regent was reliable and genuinely caring - from the office staff to the amazing aides. I can't say enough about the difference they made in the last months of her life, both to her, and to us. To start my dad found out he had lung cancer and had to get chemo. Chemo is NOT fun by any stretch of the imagination. I watched my dad's strength and vitality slowly drain out of him. Since I am still working the task of being with him all day was very near impossible. Fortunately, his garage apartment is only 50 feet from my house. So, I am grateful and fortunate that I can get to him quickly and easily. But I still had to leave him alone for longer periods of time than I wanted. We both knew my dad was going to need more care than I could give him although I was giving him my best effort. While

Regent is by far the most professional caregiving company I have had the pleasure of employing to take care of my precious gem of a father! I have had horrific experiences with several companies so I know quality care when I see it!! Everyone in the office is spectacular...very professional and timely with request that are made. I am really pleased with Regent's caregivers. For the last 13 years my husband has been severely disabled due to a stroke. He has had many aides but I would rate Regent's the best. Even his Physical Therapists comment on how professional and caring they are and ask me what company I get them through. They take really good care of him.
I'm also impressed with the office staff. They are always responsive and understanding.

Regent provided care for my mother for three and a half years, until she passed away in October. Now they are helping with my father. We have been so impressed with the company. They are incredibly responsive and really know how to provide the perfect caregivers for each situation. The caregivers are like family. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Regent has walked alongside us, allowing my parents to stay in their home. We are very grateful.

My family has worked with Regent for my mother's care for one year now. We have been very pleased with the care my mother is receiving and the professionalism of the entire staff. Over the past year we have had what I would consider somewhat unusual requests with the hours we needed coverage. Regent has always come up with a solution that was acceptable to us and provided my mother with total safety and security. I would definitely recommend Regent to anyone needing home healthcare.

After contracting with Regent to provide care services for my disabled husband, I was impressed with the care manager's efforts to provide someone who would be compatible with him. The relationship has worked out well and in addition to his aide's professional care and demeanor, he enjoys her "cheerfulness."
On the occasions when I have required additional hours of care for him, the care manager provided CNA'S who were very professional and required only a brief orientation to our home and my husband's needs.

The experience I had with Regent was truly wonderful. Everything from the attention to detail and helpfulness of the office staff, to the incredible care provided by the nursing staff was a cut above the rest. Having tried out several agencies, I can honestly say that Regent topped them all. The remarkable bond that the caregivers shared with my mother will be something I remember fondly, always.
