All Priority Partners members must reapply for their health benefits once a year. When the time comes for you to reapply, you will get a letter from the Maryland Department of Health in the mail telling you what to do. If you selected the auto-enroll button on the Maryland Health Connection website, you may automatically be re-enrolled with your benefits for up to five years.
The Priority Partners HealthChoice plan includes coverage for the Medical Assistance For Families/Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP), a program for pregnant women and children. I have been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for almost 3 months. Twice now I have an appointment scheduled and within a week of the appointment the doctor has canceled and the next available dates weeks or moths later. The Rockville office looks to be run very poorly with Ayele Mistre being an impossible to reach doctor, and customer service staff are rude and unhelpful. Do not go here, heed my words if you value professionalism from your medical provider.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been going to the doctor paying full price while having insurance because the doctor wouldn't accept my card. So, now I am trying to get reimbursed for that money I paid and the customer service rep is grilling me like I am lying. She says we would NEVER reimburse you for something like that. What. The. This is crazy.

The absolute worse insurance in DMV and most unprofessional, and unhelpful individuals work for this company. Above all their system and how information is trickled down and handled is very lost in the middle of nowhere. They need prior authorization for 1 medicine done 10x, will keep bouncing members to different departments, keep losing the documents, continue to not be helpful to resolve the issues and at last will disconnect the call.

I have seen a few orthopedic doctors, had surgery, used the eye care service and seen a dermatologist. I have nothing but good to say about Priority Partners. Everyone is professional, attentive and skilled at what they do. I am so happy to have had the quality of health care I've received while my husband was out of work and we needed state health care. It has improved dramatically over what we experienced ten years ago when we needed it and there is no comparison. The level of health care we've gotten is stellar with Priority Partners.

I been with Dr. Ahmed over 10 years. Proirty Partners hold doctors accountable. As a patient follow Dr advice if in reason. Great customer service even if they called. I had a van pick me up for medical appointments. Nurse called from Priority Partners to do in home physical. Call customer service to check on certain benefits and good service. Dental is not good for me. Some. services available if not go to your local county health department.

Called to find an Urgent Care that would accept the Priority Partners insurance. The lady on the phone told me to look it up online. The online tool informed me that zero urgent care facilities in the state of Maryland accepted the insurance. A month later, I went to schedule an appointment with my PCP, come to find they don't accept Priority Partners insurance. Changed PCPs online using Priority Partners' list of available PCPs and found that the new PCP is not accepting new patients NOR the Priority Partners insurance. WHAT THE F*** I JUST WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR DOES THIS INSURANCE COMPANY ACTUALLY

Your children's health is not priority. My daughter has been injured for a month now with no approval of an MRI ordered by her Dr. I have called several times not to mention being on hold for hours ok 1 hour each time. My Dr. Has called and yet they have a turn around time of 3 weeks. Imaging places won't even schedule. So had to end up in tbe emergency room to get proper treatment. Choose another insurance I can't wait to change

This company is sickening. I have not received my membership I.D. card. I have called over 10 times since December 28th 2018 when this was supposed to be fixed. I have requested for my address and primary care physician to be changed and they said it will take 3-4 weeks essentially a month before those changes can be made. I explained to Rafael one of the customer service individuals how imperative it is that this gets fixed because I have two critical medical conditions ( which my prescriptions have run out) and his response to me was "everyone has a story". They also have my contact information
