MAS is a full service abstract company providing hand written and typed title searches for agricultural, commercial and residential property. We also offer numerous related services including pending and levied assessment searches, document retrieval and document recording services. With MAS, you can feel confident knowing your search will be completed by our own in house experienced title searchers.
Experience is preferred. Ideal candidate is a licensed abstractor with 3-5 years experience or more, with an understanding and ability to draw-out legal descriptions. Prefer to have a working knowledge of county on-line sytems including: Landshark, Laredo, Star-lite, RecordEase, iDocs, Mncis, Pacer and Orbit, etc.
