Shahiq Manages my IT/Security Services. Under Shahiq’s managment for over 10yr it’s been a wonderful relationship. His expert level skill set and experienced has resulted in high productivity. When I inform SYS IT of a problem, I get an immediate response. My business downtime is minimalized with a superior response time. SYS IT has implemented Datto which has proven itself one time with great disaster recovery. It’s comforting to know my business can recover in the matter of minutes. I could just say that SYS IT is the best IT support company we have ever worked with and while that is true, it doesn't really do justice to how much they have helped us. Especially the last several months, we have found ourselves in some very difficult situations that could have really been disasters if the SYS IT guys weren't so willing to help us. But, even the routine stuff gets taken care of quickly. Yesterday, my desktop started running very slowly for whatever reason, so I emailed in with my situation and they remoted into my machine within a few minutes and got it fixed. From my experience

Shahiq Dean, the owner of SYS IT Services, is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and goes beyond the scope of services. He is our “I.T. go to person” for my small company. When an I.T. issue arises, Shahiq is prompt to return our concerns quickly either by phone, text, and/or by email. Our firm engaged Sys IT to be our external IT support around a year ago and it was one of the best decisions we made. As a law firm, we have many applications that need to work together and that can cause some challenges, but Shahiq and his team have been absolutely amazing in helping us navigate through all the technology. They have successfully migrated our systems when needed and guided us on how to maintain the highest level of security with the latest technology. They work off-hours and remotely in order to get any or all maintenance done or fix issues. This makes it so much more efficient
