I originally scheduled for a move at the end of September but given how remodel went, I contacted Lani(owner) and rescheduled four times.
Before you begin packing, place important items like your keys, phone, and your wallet in a safe place. Although we treat every box like it's fragile, all boxes with glass, and very fragile items should be clearly marked on the top of the box. Understanding that moving day can be quite chaotic, please try and make clear access ways for our movers to navigate through your house.

They were professional, efficient, and courteous -- I highly recommend them (in fact, will recommend them to my friend who is moving in a few months). Will called me as scheduled to notify me of their ETA, then they carefully assessed the move requirements and politely asked me questions before and during the move. They accommodated all of my asks and were mindful about sticking to the estimated timeframe.

It's very easy to write a good review for a service where everything went great and as expected. But you really get to know what the company is like when things go south, which is what happened for us. We had some large and heavy items on the inventory that needed to be moved and unfortunately, there was an accident. This resulted in our property being significantly damaged and part of the inventory as well. B&Z took responsibility: they made the repairs to the property (did a very good job) and reimbursed the damage to the inventory as well.

I couldn't (and wouldn't) recommend any other moving service! B&Z Moving Services were incredibly HONEST, CAREFUL, QUICK, and FRIENDLY. When we first contacted them for a quote, Zac (the owner) offered many helpful suggestions to save us time and make the move go smoother. On the day of the move, Zac and one of his veteran employees (female, actually!) were our movers. They both were so cheerful, energetic, strong, and conscientious of both our possessions and time on the clock. We felt taken care of, knew in our gut we were getting an honest deal, and couldn't have been happier with the end results

Pros: The 2 men were careful (from what I saw), skilled, stayed in communication with me most of the time, and their pricing was very fair. It was $640 for 5.25 hrs of moving. They also told me almost immediately that my stuff was not going to fit into the storage unit, and I was thankful they said that b/c I was able to call the warehouse and upgrade to a larger storage unit by time they were done moving my stuff.

Zero stars! I asked for a quote vie yelp, received an expected generic response so I decided to call. I left a voicemail which was not returned so I called back and spoke to Zac. I explained to him all the details of my 1 Bedroom move. I told him the date I needed and he said it was available. Said that he needed to send me a link to an estimator. I told him I was driving and would fill it out in 2 hrs when I got home. Spreadsheet filled out and again provided details I had already done on phone.

They are very responsive during the estimation and booking process. They showed up on time with the agreed upon equipment and personnel. They were friendly, and most importantly very efficient and hard working. They beat their own time estimate by hours so we ended up saving money. All of our belongings arrived at the new house in the same condition we left them at the old house. I’ve already recommended their services to friends.

B&Z helped me move to a new apartment. They were about 30 minutes late, but they gave me a heads up while they were on the road. The crew were very friendly and professional. They helped move the heavy and unpacked equipment, and they also helped to set up and place the furniture in my new place. Their initial estimate was a bit high compared to other services. But the crew was able to finish the move much earlier than estimated.
I am really happy with their service, and I highly recommend the company.

I had the best moving experience with B & Z. My moving team were professional, punctual and efficient.
The communication from the very start of the process was efficient and detailed. Over all, based on their conduct you could tell that they are experienced.
They moved my furniture very carefully and there was no major/visible scratch or damage. They only assembled my dining table top backward. It was my own fault not to double check. Because after they were done, they offered me to double check things and whether I wanted to change where the furniture was situated/assembled. I was so tired

The movers were pretty slow and sloppy. It took two movers 5+ hours to move my one bedroom apartment to my new place that's less than 5 miles away. Both of the movers smelled like they hadn't bathed in days.
Furthermore, they aren't good at disassembling and reassembling. They had lost hardware for both my bed and couch and couldn't put the couch back together at my new place. Also, my white couch got very dirty since they apparent don't wrap it for the move. I paid for the insurance option that is supposed to cover all lost with a $300 deductible, but when I reached

I was thrilled with B & Z Moving! They were responsive and professional from the beginning to end. Joe and Zack were pleasant and such hard workers. They took great care of all the stuff, and worked quickly and efficiently. Their fee is very reasonable and they could not have delivered a better customer experience.
