Olde Mill Restaurant

We’ve been coming here yearly for the last 5 years. We always come during the winter to enjoy the pool & hot tub. The hotels is always clean, has a good free breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. We travel frequently all over the country and this hotel is easily in our top 5. We would highly recommend!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They are very accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and worth checking out. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I go to the Lancaster area

This has got to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a while! It’s very nice & cozy, and the place is very clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in Lancaster!

This hotel is incredibly nice, with an amazing staff. Clean rooms, excellent location. Out of the many hotels I have stayed at over the years, this is by and large the best overall hotel experience I have had. Keep up the awesome work!

The Good.
This is probably the most welcoming and "homey" feeling hotel I've ever been to. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, the hotel itself is clean, and the staff is genuinely pleasant to engage with and efficient at their job. The hotel room was spacious and nice looking! There is a pool as well that me and my son enjoyed.
The Bad.
Honestly, nothing bad comes to mind.
The Judgment.
I loved this hotel, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for lodging in this area.

I never felt more like home in a hotel before. The place in spotless clean, the rooms are very spacious, the staff are caring and warm, the view I got was relaxing and I would definitely come here a second time!! I want to compliment this hotel on their welcoming environment and such sweet staff. Wow! Keep it up!

Recently stayed for 3 nights and feel in love with the hotel. Location, location, location - this places has it! Easy walk into the village, easy ride to the outlets or easy ride to Sight and Sound. The hotel is clean and well equipped with a nice diner like restaurant attached with great waitresses and good food. All the staff was warm and welcoming from the housekeeping to front desk employees. At the front desk, Ashley was particularly awesome. She was super friendly and talked to you as if you were a friend, willing to help with anything. The way she communicates with guests is something special

Twice a year 3 of my friends and I go on shopping excursions and have always stayed at this hotel. It is always clean, comfortable and exactly in the area we love. We have never been disappointed. The staff and accommodations are wonderful! We are so looking forward to our mini vacations next year. Thanks for another wonderful experience!

The waitress was very nice, but it seemed like she was the only person waiting on all the tables in the restaurant at that time. We waited at least ten minutes after sitting down at our table just to get our drink order taken. They didn't have a large selection as far as the menu went and the food was severely lacking flavor. I don't usually waste food, but I just couldn't finish it. It was a nice atmosphere, but the food was just not it.

We stopped in for lunch and had a short wait. We were a little concerned because it didn't appear that it was busy. We sat down and ordered. Our food was ready very fast. We do not eat big portions so we usually split our food. They went over the top to make sure we had enough food. The sides were normal portions not split. Great experience.

Our stay was exceptional! Family suite with three queen beds was very nice, spacious, and had everything amenity you could want. Towels and washcloths were thick and of high quality. Room was impeccable and very clean.
The hotel lobby was comfortable and inviting and my grandchildren enjoyed playing checkers. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and pleasant! The pool and spa area was clean and had comfortable seating. Thank you for a relaxing stay at your beautiful hotel.

Stopped by for dinner here since it was close to the BnB I was staying at, but had a rather disappointing experience. Server was nice enough, but the food was totally lacking in flavor and it was extremely overpriced.

The food was very delicious but the experience was ruined by the service I was given. We were rudely greeted by our server and she hardly came around to check on how we were doing. While eating my friends and I ordered the corn fritters and found a hair baked into one of the fritters. When we informed our waitress of this issue she told us that the most she could do was give us a "discount" on the appetizer. This discount was 93 cents off our bill. When we asked if there was anyone we could speak to about this she hastily informed us that the manager was hardly around and continued to

Waitress was great however, the food was mediocre. Soup was too thick and the meatloaf has gone downhill and had little taste.
Mashed potatoes were instant

This place feels like a tourist trap. I went there for a lunch and was not really pleased with the options--surely, in Amish country, they could be getting their items locally and giving fresh options? But at the very least the chicken was not local. I ordered a salad, which tasted like some greens that came from a bag. Basically indistinguishable from something I'd pick up from a grocery store.

I got the fish tacos and I have to say the sauce that came with it was quite delicious. My fiancé got the pork sandwich and he thought it was also delicious. The biggest letdown however was the Mac and cheese. No flavor not that cheesy, it was very much a subpar Kraft type of mac & cheese. Not even worth ordering it as a side dish. However the entrées were delicious.

Food was so good! I had fish taco's and I think they were in top two of being the best fish tacos!
I shared corn fritters and crab dip with a friend both were delicious! Service was outstanding as well......Will be back here for sure!

Amazing food! Rose our waitress was beyond amazing! Great eggs benedict, great pancakes, and their coffee cake is awesome! Thank you to all the folks at Olde Mill who make this delicious food happen! God bless!

It was a rough night for this place - so many locals raved over it. Amish families were there. It's decor was simple but fun and warm - I was excited. It took nearly 30 mines to get stuffed mushrooms and a reuben sandwich. When they finally arrived, the adventure continued. The mushrooms were supposed to contain creamy crab dip - rather it was dried out crab, over baked cheese and an under cooked field raw mushroom. The reuben was more of a well sauced bread sandwich with two tiny corn beef slices. The cheeseburger soup was excellent but I suspect that was pre made earlier and insulated
