Sent them my mount for inspection and rebuild. They “lost” the nose gear strut and refused to replace it. Completely stonewalled my mechanic. If this is how they run a company, makes you wonder about the workmanship too.

Can't go wrong with Charlie looking up numbers. We get a lot of upgraded ancient Bonanzas at the FBO shop and it helps having someone on the phone who understands what's going on.

Couldn't follow simple instructions. I sent them simple exhaust pipes to replicate. Took them 3 tries to do it right. Their mistakes cost me lots of time, and money, in the shop trying to complete my annual. They couldn't get simple measurements for stud spacing right! They made no attempt to compensate me for time lost for me, or my mechanic. Not only that, they mentioned charging me MORE for wasted materials after they messed up on attempt #2. There are lots of other options, look around.

I typically deal with Charlie, he has pretty much always taken care of our needs at my F.B.O. The craftsmanship is perfect, no complaints at all. I have used others when Aerospace is busy or backed up and have never gotten any better product anywhere else but HAVE gotten worse. I recommend them.

My experience was fantastic. It is a fabrication shop with highly trained welders and craftsmen. While you may see them as sweat shop workers, I see them as people who are extremely intelligent, qualified, & experienced and able to do things that you cannot. I have been in the aviation business for 23 years and I believe the work is of the highest caliber. If you choose to go elsewhere, I wish you nothing but luck with other vendors.
I give 5 Stars!

Closest thing to a "sweat shop" that I have seen. Mostly young guys, many of which only spoke spanish. There was a huge yearly turnover. Dark and ugly inside.....
