A delicious variety of homemade quiche or frittatas. Each pie serves 8 guests. Fluffy eggs and cheese on a buttery croissant. Served aside a seasonal fruit platter and a smoked salmon platter with capers, sliced onions, Boursin & Cheddar cheeses. Scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, peppers, onions & green chilies wrapped in a fresh tortilla.
Create your own omelette with our large selection of filling options or cook-to-order eggs any style and a waffle station. This station also includes self-serve Bacon, Sausage, Home Fries, Biscuits, Sausage Gravy and Grits. Breakfast Sandwiches on choice of Kaiser Roll, English Muffin, Biscuit or Onion Roll with Egg, Cheese and Choice of Meat with Home Fries & Fruit Platter.

Had a great experience with exec chef!! I'm sad to say I have no photos of the food... the photographers were too busy eating!
But I used exec chef for my wedding because Tampa Bay yacht charters recommended it. We ordered the sliders, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, salmon zucchini rolls, Buffalo chicken bites, and brownie bites. Everything was delicious! The pulled pork sliders were gone before I even had a chance. Working with him was very easy and there were no flaws in communication, delivery and set up. I went apesh*t on the fudgey Brownies. My husband and I were going to use Execchef catering for our wedding. After covid hit, they threatened to raise their prices even after we signed a contract and paid the down payment based on our agreed upon price. Due to Melody's lack of communication leading up to our wedding day, we decided to go with a different catering company. If you actually want a caterer that will cater your event after you pay the deposit then keep on looking because this place will never actually go through with your event!!! They don't respond to emails or phone calls and ghosted my sister until 2 weeks before her wedding she had to find another caterer because this place dropped off the face of the earth! They stole the deposit of $500 and never did the service that was paid for! We understand things happen and that's a shame but an even bigger shame is to not repay the deposit back to your customers! DO NOT USE! They completely STOLE $500 from us without providing any food or service! We made the deposit with ExecChef before our wedding and had to reschedule due to COVID-19. We even agreed to their lame excuse that they needed to hold our deposit and raise their prices, without telling us what these new prices would be. As we got close to the rescheduled date, we did not hear back from these crooks for a month. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!! Unless you want to have to find another caterer 2 weeks before your wedding and lose the $500 deposit that was paid almost a year in advance! These people totally flaked out on my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding a few weeks before their big day!

Pat and Melody and their team were perfect. They handled all our needs for our Wedding Celebration. Worked with us on our Menu, layout, and onsite needs. Foods was loved by all that attended. This caterer was right on with his food and timeliness! The event was a celebration of life for my husband. My family and myself was impressed with the presentation and the taste of the food. I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS CATERING SERVICE. MY COMPANY ORDERED FROM EXECCHEF AND ALL OF OUR HAMBURGER BUNS HAVE MOLD ON THEM. THE QUALITY OF MEAT WAS TERRIBLE. WE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY AND FOR THIS COMPANY TO NOT GIVE US FRESH BUNS IS RIDICULOUS. I TRIED TO CALL THEM. I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE OR A CALL BACK. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

ExecChef Catering is amazing! They catered our wedding in January of this year, and our friends and family are still raving about the food they enjoyed. Kim Brown worked with me to create a menu that included appetizers, main course and sides, along with some things to snack on for those who stayed late into the evening.
