*******UPDATE********* Arturo's crew returned this weekend to replace insulation, sheetrock, and moldings. Our basement is slowly getting back to normal. We cannot say enough wonderful things about United Water Restoration. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who may find themselves in need of their services. We will also be voting for them in the Best of Long Island Contest!!!

Can't recommend UWR enough. My father is in Florida for the winter. A gigantic tree crushed his kitchen and dining room on Christmas Eve. Phil and Victor called me back on Christmas Day to arrange the job and started a day later. They handled EVERYTHING. Cleanup, repair, navigating insurance, etc. and got everything back to the way it was, down to the exact same paint color, in less than 3 weeks. By the time my old man gets back from the sunshine, it'll have been ancient history. Thanks guys!

There is very little I can add to the other accolades to United Water Restoration. They were recommended to me by my homeowner insurance company, Allstate, and I felt very comfortable taking the advice. We had a small flood in the basement--only about 2 inches of water--but it was EVERYWHERE. Phil and his team of tireless experts came in and took over, always solicitous of our concerns over what to discard and what to keep. They took care of us as though we were their own family members. I would definitely call them again, but I hope I never need to!

It was incredibly refreshing to work with such a wonderful company. My mother had a major flooding issue in her basement and they arrived within one hour of our call out to them. United Water Restoration was refereed to us by another excellent company (Drain RX) and we knew immediately that we were in good hands. Phil was super professional and helpful and his team worked quickly and diligently to clean up a rather large mess. They've been especially great in helping us navigate her homeowners claim as well. I highly recommend United Water Restoration.
