My bathroom sink overflowed last night. We called Servpro Hicksville Plainview and they came within the hour to extract the water and clean all the rooms. Water was everywhere! They left their drying equipment so we won't get any mold. The Project Manager and the Crews were wonderful and so knowledgeable. I feel very happy and relieved today. What a great company. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview. We had water coming into our home from the heavy rains. They arrived at our house within 30 minutes and within a few hours, all the water was gone and equipment was set up to dry it all out. They were back in 3 days, as they said they would, to pick up the equip and do the minor repairs that was needed to get my house back to normal. I was so happy to have my house together in such a short amount of time. The men who cleaned up were professional, kind, respectful and compassionate. They were wonderful!

Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview was here to help me and my family after a devastating fire. In the middle of the night servpro arrived with in an hour of me calling them and boarded up my home to secure it. The next day the cleaning began, they dealt with my insurance company making the whole process very smooth.
