Super friendly staff, quality work and they were super expedient. Had an appointment to get windows tinted. They were ready when I got there and pulled vehicle right in. A relative referred me to Advanced Window Tinting. They did not disappoint. When I had an issue, Rick the owner was very accommodating. When I returned; he personally took my vehicle into the bay right away. My vehicle was completed in less than an hour. Customer service here is awesome. I have been coming to AWT for years with all my vehicles. I won't take them anywhere else. This by far is the best window tinting place in Jacksonville and surrounding counties!!! They are professional, reasonable, FAST, and stand behind there work. The tint is high quality, my last vehicle, the tint lasted over ten years. no bubbling, tearing, or peeling. I have been going here since the business first started. I am always treated with professionalism and taken very well care of. I was so relieved because my tint on window was coming off after 11 years. I took it in and Bernadette was so kind and went as far as asking me did I have my warranty and I figured I didn’t still have it and low and behold it was in my glove compartment like she suggested. They not only did they warranty the work but they redid all the windows and it did not cost me a thing. Thank you AWT for the excellent service and care you guys showed!

I am new to the area and I called up a couple tint places to get information. This place was the only place that was actually professional on the phone. Made an appointment and I accidentally saved the wrong date so when I called up to confirm they told me I missed my appointment. Well Bernadette fit me in another appointment the following day which I was thankful for. I went in the office and everyone was very professional and it was very clean. I did a drop off at 1 and it was done at 3. They did a great job and they've earned all my future business. I would highly recommend getting your tint
