Services
You may fill out and submit our digital application below. To submit a printed copy, you can deliver it to our office at 76 Park Ave. Portland, ME 04101 or email it to Michael. Please note that all applicants must be 18 years or older and submit a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 payable to Apartment Locator, LLC in order to process.

General questions can be emailed anytime. Appointments for viewings are made via telephone conversation and are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9-5. Please keep in mind, some units may not be ready for immediate occupancy. Occupied units require at least 24 notice for a viewing to accommodate and respect our existing residents.

My family and I lived at this property specially on Valley St. for about 3 years (2017 to 2020) it’s a convenient location and we liked the privacy . We never had any problems with the previous owner or harassment . Up until the new owner came along, he immediately started harassing us for having our windows open. Mind you we only had the windows opened for ventilation because it can get pretty stuffy when there is no fresh air coming into the apartment . And I have trouble breathing with the windows closed at times . We went ahead kept the windows closed but again it’s impossible to have zero

Moving from out of state, I needed an apartment immediately and Apartment Locator was very quick and helpful getting me setup in a great apartment. The building was clean and very well kept. The support from Michael and the Apartment Locator team was terrific. Any issues that came up, whether big or small were promptly rectified. I have been renting with Apartment Locator for almost three years and the experience has been great! Michael has been very pleasant to interact with and is always prompt to respond to any maintenance requests.
