For years I struggled with my own weight and health issues. I thought dieting was the solution, so I tried pills, teas, juices, cutting carbs, limited sweets, starving myself. None of it worked. I'd end up feeling deprived and binge on any food I could get my hands on. After studying holistic health and Institute for Integrative Nutrition I learned how to listen to my body.
I started to understand that our body speaks to us in symptoms and I learned to listen to those symptoms. All of my programs focus on what you can have, not what you can't have. Life is about balance. You should feel good and be excited about the foods you get to eat. I work with my clients to help them incorporate the right foods that fit into their lifestyle.

Services
A 4 week program for those who are ready to dig into their emotional eating patterns and improve their relationship with food. This virtual program will help you identify why you're emotionally eating, what to do about it and I'll provide you with tools needed to improve your relationship with food and reprogram how you use food to cope.
During this initial consultation we will discuss you health history and your current health concerns. We will discuss what has and hasn't worked for you. You'll leave with a plan on how to get started towards living your healthiest and happiest life! At the end of the session if you decide to sign up for the 3-Month Program, this $50 will be refunded.
Feel like you're in a cooking rut? Recipe guides are catered to your needs and taste preferences. Guides can be paleo, gluten free, macro specific, low FODMAP etc. One you purchase you'll be emailed a form within 24 business hours. I worked with Lindsey in a group wellness challenge, and it was a great experience! One of my favorite things about working with Lindsey is her recipes. They are delicious, healthy, and she provides macros to help guide your eating. They are definitely recipes that I have and will continue to go back to. In the group program, Lindsey did a great job fostering a community of women and made sure that we all felt safe to share our concerns. I've worked with Lindsay both 1 on 1 and in a group setting, and all I can say is that she is completely amazing! I have worked with Lindsay for years and highly recommend working with her. Whether it is for nutritional coaching, personal chef or taking one of her rebounding classes, just do it! She is so supportive and encouraging. It doesn't feel like you are working with a coach, but rather a girlfriend. I love that with each program she does, she does incorporate feedback and is constantly making changes. Lindsay planned, prepared and served 10 meals over a free days at a yoga retreat I went to this month. The food was very thoughtful prepared to meet every day's theme. Not only was everything delicious, colorful and beautiful, but she was incredibly considerate of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian diets with options for everyone. Every ingredient was high quality. There was a whole meatless day that I didn't actually notice until I thought back on it.

I am a property manager in Park City for vacation homes. I hired Lindsay, The Wellness Gypsy, to cook for a high profile client. I found Lindsay to be responsive and receptive to what the client preferred on their menu (they had some dietary restrictions). She was well prepared and made sure that the house had all of the supplies that she needed, if not, she provided them! Lyndsay is an amazing health coach. She knows quick and easy recipes that are healthy but still taste great, she is a fitness instructor who helps you set realistic goals for yourself, and she ACCEPTS YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE and doesn't judge you or shame you if you're like "Its my birthday I wanted to eat 2 pieces of cake!"
