Dermatology Associates is the largest dermatology practice in Northern New England. We are committed to providing the best and most innovative medical and surgical skin care to all ages in a comfortable, patient-friendly environment. In addition to general medical and surgical skin care, we offer on-site Mohs surgery and pathology services.
All of our physicians including our dermatopathologist are board-certified and our Mohs surgeons are fellowship trained. Our doctors provide hospital consultations to all three major hospitals in the area, participate in multiple volunteer activities throughout the State, and provide education to many local health care providers-in-training.

Our physicians and nurse practitioners are all highly trained and fully dedicated to excellent patient care and lifelong learning. Dr. Baginski is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Baginski received his undergraduate training at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He received his M.D. degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Before your visit, please check with your insurance company to be sure that you have the proper documentation with you when you come for your appointment, such as health insurance card, ID number, required insurance authorization, etc.

I can only say i would not recommend this practice. Saw two docs there.and totally unimpressed, left with no confidence in either doc ..Dr Binsinky and another..Two friends told me they left this practice and now i totally understand! And, btw, dirty! paper left on exam table after another patient

If I could give it a negative review I would. Both a routine tangential removal of a skin tag and a small pre cancerous lesion was totally botched by Corey DeWitt. I specifically asked if the lesion, which was on my face, would blister. He said no. I ended up with a blister on my face that was 4 times the size of the lesion he removed that lasted 3 weeks post appointment.
4 months after my appointment and the skin tag hasn't healed the way it should.
I will now need to find a dermatologist who knows how to fix it.
These are basic dermatological procedures that should not have been problematic

Scheduling is impossible. Nobody seems to be communicating with each other and it feels like they are significantly understaffed.
The providers are great. The staff are nice and generally helpful. The problem appears to be a management one, but it really impacts the patient experience and makes it a pain to have a straightforward relationship with your dermatologist.

Had surgery on my nose and cheek on Nov.8th. After two sessions they got all of the cancer.
Dr. McCrory did the repair surgery and did a beautiful job on the area. She made an appt. for Jan. if I wasn't satisfied with the results.
Totally happy with the results of her surgery and didn't need a followup.
