Tabitha really went above and beyond for us. she did a lot of research to help us choose the best buyer on our multiple offer listing. she sold our home w/in 2 weeks just like she thought she would. and helping us with buying our current home she was with us every step of the way keeping us up to date on the whole process. this is the second time we have worked with Tabitha. Tabatha flawlessly handled the sell of our home and the purchase of our new home. Our house sold in 8.5 days for above asking price; this was prior to the recent real estate boom.
The purchase of our new home was difficult because the sellers used a relocation company, but Tabatha oversaw every detail and made sure the deal was done. She accepted no excuses from any of the parties involved. I truly believe that we would have lost the new house if not for Tabatha's tenacity and dedication.
