Myrtle Beach is one of the most well known tourist destinations on the East Coast. Gorgeous beaches make Myrtle Beach a major coastal resort community, the outlets make it a shopping destination and the convention/conference center draw well-known events and performers. North Myrtle Beach offers many area attractions, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and golf.
Please Note: All bank foreclosure offers are sold "as is". The banks will not do any repairs. All offers must be in writing with an earnest money deposit, as well as have either a letter from a bank stating that you are approved for a mortgage or have a proof of funds letter stating that you have the cash in a liquid status ready to purchase the property.
North Myrtle Beach offers many area attractions including shopping, dining, entertainment, and golf. The city of North Myrtle Beach formed in 1968 when the four municipalities, Windy Hill, Crescent Beach, Ocean Drive, and Cherry Grove merged. Atlantic Beach, which splits the city into two parts, decided to remain independent.
Today Little River is known for its deep-sea fishing, charter boats and commercial fishing. In addition, there are many seafood restaurants and golf courses to be enjoyed. Little River is home to Vereen Gardens, a beautiful spot on the water, and the annual Blue Crab Festival, the Shrimp and Jazz Fest and Oktoberfest.

There was a full interview and walk through of the place i rented.. I told Kemp nash before it made the news about the problem 3 months before hand.. Amd he said well move. Its not our problem. This is facts. This is truth. They dont care about your inconvienance.. They care about money. They did not try to find me anything affordable.. His personal secretary Melonie ,offered me a place in atlantic beach.. A crack house apartment
