My name is Charles Marks I have been in the jewelry since 1992. Out of High School, I started as an apprentice jeweler under my cousin at my Aunt's store in Florissant. Then I opened my own shop on Howdershell rd called Jewelry Doctor after a few years I moved to South Main St St. Charles where we so. So I bought a Nixon Patrol watch on Amazon at a discounted price. Once the watched arrived it was dead on arrival. Took it to lake st. Louis Wal-Mart thinking it was a dead battery. It wasn't. The second hand would tick and then stop intermittently. Looked up jeweler's in my area and Mark's had the best reviews so took the watch to him. Within a few minutes he found the problem. There was a small piece of plastic that was lodged and causing the problem. Watch works perfectly now! Will definitely be going back in the future. Great customer service.
