It was really nice of Randy's jewelry to switch diamonds on my ring , they took my ring in back to clean and 30 mins later after I repeated asked for it , I got it back with a different diamond, I had to give a one , to comment , I would not go here , not reputation at all , bad business!!!, I called them out on it and basically told me I'm s&$t out of luck , that was the owner !!!!

Hi everyone, I would just like to share some information I experienced at Randy’s jewelry in Troy, Mo. I wanted to purchase a graduation ring for my daughter who graduated highschool in 2020. I had no idea where to even begin. I went in to Randy’s and was waited on by the nicest person. Her name is Dawn Simpson. She and I talked about “things” not even pertaining to the ring in the beginning. I felt extremely close to her by the time we got down to business. I told her exactly what I was looking for. She drew me a picture of what she thought I wanted and it was beautiful, even on paper

Very clean, homelife atmosphere. Everything was very sparkly. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She shared some of her unfortunate moments in life so I didn't feel so low. Thank you Randy for having hired such great help.

I went here to get my simple, plain white gold wedding band sized up. The woman who took my ring said, no problem, see you Saturday. Saturday I get a call and a woman said that they broke my wedding band! And, it will require another $120 for the extra gold to repair the ring. I drove up to the store and after being shuffled around, I was able to speak to the owner, Ryan, explaining this situation and how I expected him to repair and fix this. He agreed and said it would be ready the next day. Next day get a call from yet another employee, apparently the repair guy, and he apologized and

This is my first review and I don't normally do them. But Randy's warranted a exception. I brought in custom designs for my husbands wedding band and all my bridesmaid gift, which were perfect and beautifully done. Admittedly I tend to run things right down to the wire which is what I did again, but they got my item back to my with time to spare, and I can't say enough about how perfect everything turned out. I went to Randy's to sell some jewelry a few years ago... at the time, I had been widowed for almost a year and could use some cash. I had an old class ring and some other gold jewelry I decided to sell. One of the jewelry pieces I brought to Randy's was a gold ring of my grandmother's. It was not my style and was in yellow gold (and I wear white gold). But, the ring had 5 high quality diamonds in it, so I thought I would sell the yellow gold and was hoping one of the diamonds could be moved to replace the missing stone in my engagement ring.

What a wonderful shop! Ryan worked with my fiance and I to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the quality of diamonds and overall look of my custom ring. He was respectful of our budget, and we never felt like he was trying up-sell us.. he was just concerned with ensuring we were confident about our purchase.
For those who aren't interested in going the custom route, the cases were full of rings of all styles and price points. I would highly recommend this shop!!!

Worst service, randy is terribly rude! i would never buy anything from this man!!!!! my husband was going to buy me a diamond for christmas from randy's, but he wouldn't give me the time of day. he lost a large sale!!!
