This was an amazing experience from the time my wife and I pulled up to the end of the purchase. We were greeted immediately by Brendan and even though we just met, I felt like I had known him for years. Not being the most experienced rider, he gave me all the knowledge that I needed to make the right decision. Every department was incredible from parts, service, apparel and financing. Toward the end of July 2021 my 2018 Heritage Classic started making nasty noises from within the engine. It sounded like small parts came loose and were rattling inside the engine. This is never good and especially bad when you're gearing up to attend the Sturgis Rally. The guys in the service department did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. The technician discovered loose rocker arm bolts on both cylinders. Chad was especially helpful facilitating the process. Kudos also go out to the technician Mikhail who fixed the problem. No problems with the bike since. Thank you!

The purchase process is like the wedding and the ongoing services are like the marriage. Mile High Harley knocked it out of the park on both accounts. I bought my 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan at the beginning of July, Brendan and the sales manager went above and beyond. The bike I wanted was fresh out of the crate and they completed it while I signed the paperwork. Unfortunately, my bike has had some recent issues (no fault of Harley) and I brought it in for service. Jerry's customer service is amazing!!! I appreciate his honest communication. I am also very, very happy that they have a RE trained
