I had been with the same company for around 10 years and decided it was time for a change. I utilized multiple services for my job search, but Bowman Williams came through 200% above the rest! I got tired of reaching out to companies and applying, so I reached out to Bowman Williams. Within a week, Derald Cook and Sam Bernacchi had several interviews lined up for me. Within 2 weeks of meeting with them, I had accepted an offer. I was incredibly satisfied with my interactions. The two I mentioned above were very professional, but also felt very personal. Derald and Lyle worked me and my NEW EMPLOYER to get all of the interviews setup. Derald was my point of contact on this opportunity and he was able to give me the details on the position upon first contact and after communication with Lyle and the HR manager, he answered all of my questions.

Shivana and Emilee were AMAZING (also shout out to Jason E who helped me with another lead)! Easiest hiring process I've ever had. Everyone was VERY responsive. Literally two days from submitting my resume to an interview with the potential employer. Then if you exclude my week long vacation, two more days to an offer letter. If you're looking for a job at an MSP I cannot recommend them enough.
