We thoroughly test and screen all R & W candidates (as appropriate) before they are presented to clients. We conduct an extensive interview and perform an education verification, employment verification, reference checks, and run criminal background checks as requested by the client.
If you are not completely satisfied with the contract employee we have placed with you, tell us within the first eight hours of the assignment and we will remove the candidate immediately without any charge to you.

Do not choose or work with these people! I just got off the phone with one of their recruiters. I didn't feel comfortable with the job I was offered and asked to work with him on another one. I work full time which these people don't understand that you cannot get back to them on time sometimes. He told me they will never work with me again though I told him everything about myself when we first spoke. He is not cut out for his job and cannot remember anything you tell him. I think this place should be shut down for incompetence.

I am also a huge fan of Michelle McWhinney. I worked with her to prepare for an interview at a law firm (in legal marketing) recently and she went out of her way to help me research the position and update my resume for my application. She also spent a lot of time helping me prepare for my interview. All of this was especially awesome because the firm I interviewed at wasn't even using recruiters at the time! I got a call from one of the recruiter for a possible job opportunity that seemed to be a perfect fit for my background. Even during my face to face screening interview she has mentioned I match really well with the JD and she will submit my profile right away. I should be hearing something within a week. However, that week has turned into weeks and still nothing happened. So I called her again to get feedback. She's refused to talk to me and claimed to be busy via admin assistant. I left her voice mails but so far no reply from her.
