Epigenetics is a new approach to health, wellness and chronic disease that is focused on restoring your health.

If you're tired of feeling ill and treating symptoms, but not really getting better, you're in the right place. We focus on improving your overall health, not just calming or masking your symptoms. We find the root cause of disease by considering contributing factors that can impact your quality of health.
Services
The Center for Epigenetic Counseling was birthed from Living Well Nutrition as a natural evolution of our growing body of genomic testing and clinical application. After writing her Master's Thesis on the complex methylation pathway, Kristy dove deeper into the science of epigenetics and applied her knowledge in clinic.
Kristy began her career in the health industry working in the not-for-profit healthcare sector after graduating from Texas A&M University. In her role as mom, she learned about alternative approaches to healthcare. Her daughter suffered from eczema and fatigue. After multiple tests, medical doctors were unable to find the cause, so Kristy pursued other avenues for help.
At Living Well Nutrition, The Center for Epigenetic Counseling, we offer a variety of services that will help you say goodbye to chronic health conditions and illness and reclaim joy in your life. One-on-one consultations are offered at the Loveland clinic or online.

Together we will create a plan to achieve your health and wellness goals, whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain or fatigue, a natural boost to your energy and immune system, or resolutions to other issues that are keeping you from living life to the fullest. Our classes and workshops cover a variety of nutritional methods to improve your life and the lives of your family members.
Functional nutrition is an approach to health that focuses on determining root causes of disease. A functional nutritionist not only looks at your diet but also evaluates your stress levels, environmental exposures, signs and symptoms, and prior diagnoses to determine causes.

At Living Well Nutrition, The Center for Epigenetic Counseling, we go beyond functional nutrition by studying your epigenetics to include the most foundational level of health that science provides. The certified nutrition coach helps you create a strategic plan to meet your unique needs and optimize your health.
There is a buzzword flying around the medical community these days: Personalized Medicine. What makes personalized medicine different from the traditional medical approach is that it is, well, personalized! That means practitioners are taking into account everything that makes you uniquely you. Information about your nutrition is the second most powerful tool we have.

Kristy is one of the brightest in her field and I’ve had the pleasure of receiving advice/services from her for myself and my family as well as have the luxury of working directly with her. When it comes to diet, nutrition and the intricacies of how your genetics are related, she’s truly the best.

Though we didn't complete a formal plan of sort, we did have the full lab work up around deficiencies and inflammatory foods. This alone revealed a 2 offenders we never saw coming. Making the dietary changes reaped such benefits, it was easy to adopt without hesitation. Thank you and God bless you for your calling and specialty. I've shared your info to many around the US (including my parents) and hope they make the move to improved health.

Kristy Hall is a superb nutritionist, highly trained in numerous areas, and always receptive to new information. Warm, engaging, and easy to talk with, she wants what’s best for her clients, and she compassionately applies her skills to help us regain and maintain our health. She analyzed my 23andMe raw data to learn more about my genetic makeup, recommended various health tests, and best of all, explained the results to me with recommendations of high-quality supplements and food choices. I feel so fortunate to have her as my health coach and I highly recommend her services – whether in person

I have always been a skeptic about seeing a nutritionist. Kristy came highly recommended by a friend. I am only disappointed that I waited so long to see her. Kristy was able to help me with multiple health issues. She took her time to get to know me, understand my needs, explain test results and the plan to address the issues. I would highly recommend Kristy to anyone!

Kristy's proactive investment in two of our family members literally changed their lives. We had been to numerous other practitioners with no improvement in their symptoms (GI health, hormone imbalance, depression, skin issues, hair loss and more). Kristy's interpretation of test results and her targeted protocol affected healing from the micronutrient level on up through various systems of their body. Now they both are thriving and truly 'living well'. Thank you! Thank you! for your care and support throughout, Kristy.
