Over the holidays I had an issue with my phone. I was referred to TechER by AT&T. The customer service I received was over the top. Unfortunately, my phone was beyond repair but the shop was able to retrieve my sim card that was jammed into my phone at no cost. Words cannot express how appreciative I was, especially knowing I was going to have to purchase a new phone. Thank you TechER. I highly recommend this business and will definitely return should I have anymore Tech issues.

Shout out to Tech-ER! My laptop was hit by the recent storms in our area and I needed a diagnosis as to the issue. I stopped in without an appointment and they jumped right on it. Bad new is that the whole thing was fried. Good news is that the quick diagnosis is making it easier and faster for my insurance to kick in. These guys are legit and I will use them again. Did I mention they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee?

I brought my laptop in for a screen replacement and Tech-ER was extremely helpful in providing me a timeframe and price estimate. Not only were they quick and affordable, they were extremely friendly and didn’t talk to me like I was a profit, they were super cool. I am in school so I was worried about timing but it worked out perfectly. It was fixed in one week and the price was affordable and great. Please do not go anywhere else but Tech-ER!!! I am so so happy with my experience and the outcome. Highly recommend this place.
