Robert was able to work with me and be flexible when I had a tight timeline in getting a new cooling system installed in my PC. I dropped my computer off on Friday right before closing along with a replacement part which he was amenable to me providing instead of ordering through him to save time. He had the part installed and my machine ready for pickup the next day. Computer is now running well without any issues. Excellent communication and flexibility.

Robert installed a hard drive in less than 20 minutes, configured it drive location and insured the reliability of his workmen-ship. I am extremely appreciative that the work done was correct and at a very fair price. I will definitely use Robert for any computer issues that might arise in the future.

I highly recommend A Better Tech! My laptop was fried during a storm and I was afraid everything was lost. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and had a call with my options two hours later. When I received my new laptop, the information from the damaged one was transferred over just as quickly. The owner was friendly, very knowledgeable, and the prices are quite reasonable. My computer crashed thought I lost all my files and pictures. I called 2 shops in the area no help due to back log, I called A Better Tech and was told to bring it to him.
