Our Recruiters are recruiting and screening year round not just during the busy seasons. We understand our customer's core values and direct our Regional and Local Management teams to respect and honor those same core values. Trooper USA has grown to be a leader in the services industry because we understand our customer's needs and more importantly because we know how to listen to our customers.
All of our employees must pass a rigorous background screening process to include E-Verify, criminal, driving and drug test and every employee must be at least 20 years of age. Trooper USA manages all of our staff's payroll administration, employee records and other human resource (HR) functions so our customers can focus on the more important things.
We understand the demands and expectations of maintaining a clean working office environment. Our Managers and Supervisors are trained to help create and follow all work schedules. All employees are trained in all areas of trash removal, recycling and detail cleaning of office areas, restrooms, lobbies and break rooms.
All manufacturing locations are different and each customer has specific needs. Our employees are required to receive site specific training and must pass a site specific Safety Training class. Employees are also required to pass a basic communication test to ensure that all Safety Requirements are understood and adhered to.
