The official website of Advance Paper & Maintenance Supply Inc. Advance-Champion's roots go back to 1958. The business originally started in Mesa has grown and now headquartered in Gilbert, AZ. The De Rosa Family acquired the business in 1976 and continues to operate as a family owned business. In 2017 Advance Paper & Maintenance Supply acquired Champion Janitorial Supply.
Marc's interest in the family business started early in Rochester, NY. Dad (Frank) exposed Marc to the cleaning industry with weekly trips to the office and performing various office cleaning duties. When the family moved to Arizona in the summer of 1977 Marc was about to enter his sophomore year of high school.
The De Rosa family believes that community involvement is vital to the success of their business. For over 40 years Advance-Champion has taken an active role in the community through membership in our community and national organizations. The roles of our local Chambers of Commerce is essential in supporting the local business community.
