I have completed over 50 transactions, across 5 states. Yet, I have yet to come across a company such as this one. Agent was passive aggressive, and unwilling to assist or answer questions. Always snapped and pushed us off if we expressed question with documents presented. They missed payouts of prorations that are common place in closing transactions, and then said if it "was worth it to us" to have her go back and do the work to correct it. This is a legal transaction, no professional gives that response. Denielle refused to admit the oversight and blamed it on the broker's directions. Pretty
