Premier Title is a great title company that knows what they're doing and then takes the time to get it right. Too many title companies just do everything by rote memory which is where mistakes get made. Not Premier though, the people over there care which you can tell by how they answer your questions, how they take the time to make sure you understand, and how they go one by one making sure it's done correctly. I couldn't recommend these people enough.
