I've shipped a lot of vehicles but this was my first tractor; which presented its own challenges. Their website said worry free transport and that's exactly what I experienced. No issues whatsoever. Ben answered the phone each time I called. From my initial information request, to booking, and even after delivery they had amazing communication! No automated menus to go through; just old-fashioned customer service talking to another human being on the phone. They notified me when it was going to be picked up, then notified me the next day when the tractor was

Ben was great to work with. He scheduled my trailer pickup quickly and was able to have it hauled right away. His driver, Brian, was fantastic. Brian did an excellent job of inspecting the trailer I bought. He delivered the trailer timely and with no issues. I would be glad to have BeKa Holdings do more hauling for me in the future. We have had BeKa Holdings haul several pieces of equipment for us and have had great service on all of our heavy equipment loads. Benjamin is always very knowledgable of the heavy trucking industry in regards to equipment specifications and the permits needed. He is very professional and very good with communication of the status of the loads. He is very prompt in getting loads delivered in a timely manner.

Beka Holdings LLC are true professionals, great communication throughout and ability to solve problems for a wide variety of goods including oversize heavy equipment transport. They have never let me down. I formerly used online auctions but often the low bid would fail to complete the order or goods would arrive damaged. Quotes are ready within 24 hours and shipping is prompt. I no longer use anyone else.

I have been dealing with Beka holdings for over a year now . This company has always followed thru with all of my expectations plus. We move a lot of machines that are not running and this company makes it happen every time. I always recommend this company to my buyers for their freight needs. It's a one stop shop.
Ben and his crew are my only source that I use no matter how many of these " other freight brokers " call me wanting my business promising the same results. I've been down this road and Beka Holdings is my only freight provider. You should make it yours also !!
