This is the most unprofessional business I’ve encountered. They do not return call or show up on time to service the pool. I’ve contacted them numerous time to confirm if they will be coming to service my pool. No show. They will not even call back to let me know if they still want me as a customer. I am now furious looking for another company to service my pool. With this heat and no return calls my pool is now turning green. I would definitely stay away from Williams Pool Service unless you want a green algae pond. Signed a very disappointed upset customer.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Had him out for pool start up, did ok first week. 2nd part when adding chemicals put the chemicals in shallow end of pool and it has permanently lightened brand new Gunite on 150k Pool. Will need to have re-Gunite. He did not respond and never showed back up. Awful and wish we never used him.

Williams Pool Care was hired to do seasonal pool cleaning to get the house ready for sale. We met with him and he needed five days, and we agreed on a price with the condition that he understood that the property was fence and the gate locked, as required by law when you have a pool, and also for the safety of the dog which often played in the yard enclosed by the fence. He agreed to these terms and then didn't follow them.
He would show up without notice and become angry that the gate was locked and no one was home. He shared his experience with other people including the buyers, which is a breach
