Celebrating 20 years in service! Dennett Pool Service was formed in early 2000 here in Roseville, when Jeff and Craig Dennett merged their local swimming pool service companies. Building a great reputation in the community. Later in 2012 Robert Merenda, who was an employee and close childhood friend, became a partner in our company.
Together, our team has made Dennett Pool Service what it is today, a reputable pool service company with professional customer service at the core of how we operate. Each partner brings with them their own experience and expertise. Jeff oversees the day to day service operations and manages new pool start-ups.

I have a Pentair pool sweep which is under warranty. I was told to contact Dennett pools for service. This was a very smooth transition.
I called and left a message and they had also left an email address on their recording.
I emailed my issue with warranty information and they contacted me the next day. We set up an appointment for service for the first of the following week. The technician called me to confirm the date and said he would contact me when he would be on the way.
I got a text and he was there right away. We discussed the problem and he ran some tests. He had the part on hand and

These people are great! I’ve used them twice. I had a pool rail and a heat pump installed. They presented me with options and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. They installed the heat pump on time, quickly efficiently and left no mess. It was a good job all around. I’ve also had them help with some minor equipment repairs. They are quick to respond and always professional. I will always call them first.

We made an appointment on May 7, 2021 for Orientation on Our Pool Equipment for today May 25, 2021 and they flaked out in us and they stated they were too busy! How Unprofessional when they were contracted with Our landscaper to maintain our Brand New Swimming Pool for 30 days then to orient us on the pool equipment as well as assist us in setting up our wireless pool equipment.

Dennet's service team is excellent. They are professional, have technical skills and understanding of pool systems and the know how to make recommendations and changes. The work they did for me (heater repair, pump replacement with variable speed) brought my 20 year old system up to date and it runs great.

I was referred to Robert through another company who doesn't do "gas pool heaters, I had originally reached out to someone else and could get them there without signing on to a $150 diagnosis fee. Robert and Sean showed up and got right to work and corrected the issue right away and addressed a few other concerns. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. After reading several reviews prior to writing mine, i was baffled to see the lower rating, I realize that Robert is a huge asset in this company it is very hard to find an honest professional in any industry. I've used Dennett to replace some parts on my pool system including the variable speed pump, a few automatic valves, and re-plumb the pool sweep. Robert who does the service calls is always professional , gets the job done fast, and knows what he is doing. My home warranty company sent some other pool service guy out who didn't have a clue what he was doing so I gave Robert a call and he was here the next day getting me back up and running. I will for sure be using these guys again and I highly recommend them. Fair prices , timely service, can't beat them.

I had a PentAir Kreepy Krauly pool sweep that was only 14 months old, and it stopped working. Since it was under warranty, PentAir provided me with 3 pool cleaning companies that could service the sweep. None of them would call me back, and none had time to service, due to COVID. This went on for 2 months. Later, I was directed to Dennett Pools. The guys at Dennett Pools got back to me the same day and serviced my sweep immediately. They are very professional and respect the client's time. My pool sweep is working again and my pool is crystal clear. Thank you so much Dennett Pools

I was having a problem with my Pentair Intellichlor since it was installed by another company. Called all over and nobody would touch my acid dosing system. Finally called pentair warranty line and they contracted with Dennett Pools. Robert called me later that day and setup an appointment. He was punctual and fixed me problem in the first visit! The previous plumber has some connections mixed up and a sensor had failed. He corrected it all and adjusted the system to function correctly with my salt pool. I would hire them again anytime I need help! A+++ and 5 stars! Thanks for the awesome service

Hired them to care for my showpiece of my property. Several times during their service my pool turned green. I called after the first time to voice my concerns and Craig said his guy was afraid of our dog. I said she is harmless and from now on dog would be locked up on deck. Three or four more times it turned green I had enough. They also billed me each month even though the worker didn't service the pool. Each time I had to month I had to clean it myself.
I fired them yet still was getting a bill around $400. I told them no way I had to clean it and buy chemicals etc.

Been a customer for about a year now, nothing but great things to say about these guys, extremely fast responses whenever I had a question or needed a fix.
We just had some issues with our pool lights this weekend, messaged them on memorial day and they came out the same day to diagnose, problems completely fixed the following day.

Dennett Pools has been servicing my pool for the 9 years I have lived in this home in Loomis. Our pool is challenging as we have two very large heritage oaks, that drop pollen, flowers, and leaves. We are on 10 acres with lots of other trees and grasses that contribute dust and pollen into the pool. After the most recent rainy season our pool was flooded with dirty water from our pastures. It took some time but the guys at Dennett got it back to crystal clear.
