Having bought a few bikes from dales in the past, I thought there was only one place to go when looking to upgrade my trusty 14 year old bike.
Can I say don't do a lot of reviews but I was so disappointed with the knowledge of the staff, I was kinda gutted Dales has fallen so far.
When asking questions about bikes they had on display I was told I'd be able to check the answer to these questions on the manufacturers website. I mean really!!!!!
Then tried another member of staff who was kind of disinterested I left the shop disheartened.
Time to look for a new bike shop who values loyal customers

After poor experiences with both Decathlon and Halfords we eventually visited Dales. This company would seem to have customer service at the core of the their business. Knowledgeable and very patient with a complete novice buyer, the buying process was great. This was followed by some over and beyond service form their workshop team. Would highly recommend this company if buying a bike at any level of ability.

Good service is pretty hard to come by. Outstanding service is rare in the extreme.
Dales fall in to that category. My bike went in for a service. All done quickly but the mechanic who did it suggested that they could improve how the bike was set up and make it more comfortable. I spent time yesterday morning with them doing just that. What a difference. Time well spent and Jonathan was brilliant. I learned loads too. Thanks gents. Genuinely appreciated.

My office is next door to Dale's Deli and so I have been frequently going there for the past 6 years. The service is the absolute best. The food is fresh and delicious and the prices are the best in the area.

Bought Giant Contend earlier this year and it’s been the single worst ‘customer experience’ I’ve ever had of buying anything, anywhere. Bought tubeless tyres and had them fitted, back tyre would not hold air for longer than 24 hours by which point it would be completely flat. Back to the shop, more sealant, no proper explanation. The problem persisted and to be fair, when I asked for the original tyres to be fitted it was done quickly. However, almost two weeks, several emails and two phone calls after returning the tubless tyres, I’m still waiting on a refund. And that is only ONE part

Awesome deli. Got the pretzel bun turkey and bacon club. Delicious. Kyle at the counter told me to come back and try the Reuben. Absolutely will.

Dales is The Best Bike Shop in Glasgow! Helpful, friendly, good explanations to a non-expert, in-depth knowledge of everything from gears to tyres to saddle types for men/women. I was able to have a try out of my selected bike. Then I bought it!

Our family has bought a number of bikes from Dales over the decades. Every time the service is great... a real Glasgow institution.
Most recently we bought a Cube Aim mountain bike for my son. They confirmed on the phone that they had the right size in stock (amazing in 2021), and he was able to get a test ride straight away. Our advisor, Mark, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ll definitely be back for servicing on my own bike when that’s due later in the year.

Shared some time with such a lovely man running Dale's Deli today when I was at the eye doctor. He told.me the Reuben Panini would change my life and he was right ! It was hands down the best reuben I have ever had. Thank you for wonderful conversation and awesome lunch. Please support these small downtown businesses. They need us and we all need to support each other.

I ate here four times over two weeks. Friendly service. I got the roast beef sandwich, soft drink( bottle only) and chip. $9.50. The sandwiches were large and made to order. Takes about five minutes. I believe there were eight four person tables. They fill up at the lunch hour. I felt bad taking up so much seating for one person.

There are a lot of different items on the chalkboard.

The restroom is in the main building hallway

I give it four bowls out of five.

HIDDEN GEM.....located on the Neil Avenue facing side of The Eye Center I discovered Dale's Deli by chance.

Discovered I did.

Committed to return visits I am.

I'm not a sandwich person per se but I am inclined to lean that direction if salads and soups are available. Unsure if the soups are homemade but I've find the soup to be so flavorful and full of ingredients like potatoes or peas for example.

I believe that they both Cater and are linked to Delivery Services.....I need to check. Personally I like being inside and experiencing the eclectic environment.

I'd love to give this two sets of ratings: the staff is responsive, polite and friendly; the food is, at best, edible. I got a chicken salad that could have been made by my drunken nephew on St Patty's Day: limp, bland, sloppy.

I am absolutely in love with this place- it's within walking distance of my work and I find myself coming here quite often. Fridays are my most frequented because of the tomato bisque which is made from scratch like everything else at this joint. The sandwiches and salads are great, the people are super nice, and they are always playing awesome music.

Also, they remembered my name after the first 3 times visiting.

I will always be a customer.

I love Dale's Deli. I will usually grab lunch there whenever I am in the office. The staff is friendly and remembered my name after visiting a couple of times. The food has always been good with fresh ingredients. Baked Potatoes are definitely worth a try but I usually prefer something lighter for lunch. I am a big fan of the quesadillas myself.

Went for wi-fi. Bought food because you should if you're using their wi-fi for 5 min. Lets start with the bacon, ranch pasta. So dry you really had to wash it down with something. Diet Coke was great but its in a bottle. Th panini's smelled good but never got around to ordering. Wi-fii wasn't working. I asked for more directions and was told just login in. OK, so I tried, then tried with my phone. The manager said it was my computer not their wifi. Then they showed me their phones were connected. Clearly they don't know much, you can connect to any unsecured wi-fi that doesn

I'm curious about the other reviews for Dale's. I've always had good, friendly service and the food is really good for a deli. I had the reuben today, along with a side of pita and hummus. The cashier said the hummus is homemade, and after devouring the entire thing, I believe it. It had a good taste (bell pepper, maybe?) and fluffy texture. I personally like a little more garlic in my hummus, but again, I ate the whole thing happily. Beef on the reuben was good too. I can't judge on the bread because I didn't eat it for a good half hour so it was sorta soggy by that time

I really want to like this place - small businesses rock. But not this place. It was empty, and smelled like failure. Now I know why.

$7 for a Caesar salad. $3 extra for chicken. Styrofoam cups (I didn't even know they still made those!! Mother Nature be damned). The coffee was old and they only offer three teas - the bagged Walmart variety.

It's called a deli, but there were exactly 2 "deli" style sandwiches ($9 a pop). The rest of the menu was a mix of uninspiring wraps and overpriced paninis.

But you know what? I can take all that. Maybe they're just getting started

It's a tiny place but the people behind the counter are really nice, the food is affordable on even a small budget and they have a decent amount of choices!

I got the soup of the day which was Turkey chili and it was pretty solid! I see other people have pointed out that the food isn't the highest quality but its a deli inside a business district, it's supposed to be quick and filling.

I will definitely be coming back, yes it's not gourmet but it is better than a lot of other options around.

Dale's is right near my office, but I have a feeling it won't be there for long. It replaced Zupa...somehow.

Their soup is pretty good, I will give them that. Their wraps are "meh" and WAY OVERPRICED. Just a sandwich with no sides is close to $7. Add fruit or a bag of chips and you are pushing ten bucks. You can eat at Panera for less than that! And believe me, that's a much better option.

Recently, we decided to give it another try. My boyfriend ordered the Southwestern Chicken wrap to take back to the office for lunch. When asking for a pickle on the side, they told
