Red Clover Wellness
Red Clover Wellness offers comprehensive mental health care for adolescents and adults. This includes assessment and diagnosis of mental health disorders, initiation and management of psychopharmacologic interventions, counseling related to supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle treatments, and psychotherapy.

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy is now being offered for appropriate individuals as well. Red Clover Wellness is an outpatient specialty practice, and as such does not have other medical services on site. We may not be able to adequately meet the needs of patients whose psychiatric illness involves substantial medical risk, such as in cases of severe substance use, medically compromising eating disorders, or significant self-injuring behaviors.
Services
I have worked in mental health and human development for around 20 years. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctorate in psychology, I provide a rare perspective on psychiatric illness within the broad context of one's psychological well-being. I greatly value the opportunity to know my patients in depth and to work collaboratively toward improved mental health.
The first one or two times that we meet are a very important opportunity for gathering information that will help guide treatment. You will have the chance to explain your experience of your symptoms, your history, what is working well, and what your goals are. We will discuss an overview of the diagnostic picture and a number of options for medication and other treatments, as well as ensure that we will work well together on a long term basis.
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging form of treatment for depression, PTSD, and other psychiatric conditions that combines administration of the drug ketamine with open-ended psychotherapy.

KAP occurs as a series of sessions: an initial intake to determine if KAP or a different type of treatment is recommended, 1-3 psychotherapy and preparation sessions of 45-50 minutes, 6-8 KAP sessions of approximately 2 hours 1-2 times per week, and 1-2 follow up sessions of integration psychotherapy and planning for ongoing treatment.
Getting mental health care means you are making an investment in yourself with your time, energy, and money. We want to work with you to make getting the care you need financially sustainable. Due to the great variety of insurance plans, we need to check individual benefits before we can provide realistic estimates of out of pocket costs for our services.

Katy is just fantastic. I have struggled with chronic illness for many years and was starting to lose hope of any kind of recovery. Katy was empathetic and well educated in chronic illness and the side effects that come with that. After listening attentively to my history and concerns she prescribed me a medication that immediately provided me with significant relief. With this prescription and her positive support I have been able to seek additional medical care to finally get my condition under control. I've now started a healing process that I never thought possible. She has been a significant

Most of us with chronic depression and anxiety issues expect to be listened to, and we know when we aren't compatible with a certain medication. I was given a medication that caused pretty severe side effects but was pressed by Dr. Katy to keep taking it despite the recommendation of even the pharmacist to immediately stop taking it. The issue would have been resolved if the doctor had just offered to put me on something else, but instead this doctor issued a blanket statement saying I "wouldn't try any medication she would give me because my anxiety was too severe and I needed to
