Services
You're So Vein Aesthetic Center, PLLC We treat unwanted facial and leg spider veins as well as larger varicose veins. Dr. Deitz is a board certified vascular and general surgeon with over 29 years of experience in treating venous disease. Dr. Deitz also treats varicose veins with the laser closure procedure at South Sound Surgical Associates.
They are permanent once they appear and tend to increase in number over time. Spider veins drain into collecting veins at the base of the skin called reticular veins which are larger. Sometimes they are visible underneath the skin. We use a Veinlight which allows us to visualize beneath the surface of the skin.
Veinwave is a relatively new procedure which uses thermocoagulation to safely and effectively treat spider veins on the face and body. This procedure was developed by vascular surgeons as a way to treat very tiny veins that cannot be treated with sclerotherapy. Veinwave can be used to treat veins in difficult to treat locations including the face, ankles and knees.
Varicose veins are considered a medical problem and are best treated at South Sound Surgical Associates, a partner of You're So Vein Aesthetic Center in Thurston County. The evaluation and treatment of varicose veins is generally covered by health insurance. There are multiple treatment options.

My name is Cathy K. I recently had vein wave procedure for spider veins on my face. I am extremely happy with the results. I no longer have to wear makeup to cover them. The procedure was quick and tolerable. In less than in two weeks, I no longer see those ugly veins. Treatment was affordable and effective and I would recommend it to anyone bothered by unsightly veins.
