This is for the staff, especially Lisa. I cannot praise this place enough for their integrity and putting their clients best interest at heart. Found Serene online and after reading overwhelmingly positive reviews and watching many videos of their procedures online I called to make an appt for tattoo removal.
The Good-
Response and friendliness of staff is/was great. After a consultation I decided to have treatment that day.
The Bad-
Long wait times for consultations. I would advise booking early as appts fill up fast. I had to wait a month.

I was in two days ago for an RF Microneedling treatment and just wanted to give a quick update. Less than 24 hours after the treatment I was out running errands (no make up just sunscreen) and was stopped several times by people complimenting me on my skin. When my husband got home last night he stopped mid sentence to tell me how great I looked, "It's you, but like through one of those camera filters."

This is THE absolute best place for a med spa. The desk staff are kind and welcoming and will greet you with warm smiles every time you come in. I've seen Danielle, Amber, and Sarah for many treatments--IPL, dermaplane, chemical peels, microneedling, and extractions when my skin is feeling congested. All have been fantastic in customer service and knowledge of their craft. They have made my skin look from dull to lively and glowy. Love them! Their IG page is always updated and active, sometimes with specials for certain treatments.

Needed to start my tattoo removal so I can join the military. I was looking on Groupon for a good deal I found one with Serene. I just started my tattoo removal which was Thursday and I could not be more happier with the results that I'm already seeing. Amazzzinng costumer service and they definitely made sure you're comfortable and ready to start on your own time. I did the cold air for numbing ( there is other options).
