They are the nicest group of people and look out for you. I've worked with them twice now and will go there again. I called on a Tuesday and within minutes they had a quote ready and an install date 2 days later. The install was quick, professional, convenient, and affordable. I recommend Master Auto Glass.

Was driving down our glorious I25 when the semi I was passing, Through up a huge rock and destroyed my windshield. Called this company the same day and made my appt. to replace the following day. Their technician Kade came to my home perfectly ontime and fixed my glass in prompt time. Perfect service! Great quality and definitely recommended! Thank you Kade and Master Auto Glass

Needed a windshield replaced in my SUV and my dealer referred me to Master Auto Glass. Disappointed in the interactions. The woman on the phone was not friendly. She took down all kinds of information like VIN and insurance policy. Then never called back. An email to the customer service email address was ignored. I guess they’re busy but come on.... Safelite replaced my windshield.

I had an insurance claim to get my windshield replaced, and chose to go through this company. I was told I would receive a call in 24 hours to schedule an appointment. When I did not receive a call after 3 days I called and got a very rude response that she has not gotten to my claim yet. I was leery but still decided to schedule the tech to come out. They only had a morning appointment 2 days later available so I took it and took time off of work to wait. 10 minutes before the end of the appointment time I got a call they would have to reschedule. Ok, fine.... This happened two more times call

Master Auto Glass was the least expensive and replaced the windshield properly. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of attention to details. The emissions and park pass stickers were not replaced in the same places, the toll transponder was reinstalled with insufficient tape (2" yellow tape doubled over), and they left a very dirty hand print in the ceiling fabric of my truck. I would gladly pay a little more to have those details attended to properly.

Sandra was very astute to my situation (cracked windshield) when I called. Utilizing my own choice of business, she was quick to guide me and schedule an appointment the next day. I appreciate the friendly and helpful service I received from Master Auto Glass. Everyone I spoke with was professional and made it easy for me to work with my car insurance company to update my claim for a window repair to a window replacement. I especially appreciated that they picked up and returned my car for the window replacement (with a recalibration of my sensors in my window) and I was able to avoid all contact during this COVID-19 situation.

On my way up I-25, a rock flew up and cracked my windshield on the drivers side, of course right at eye level! Knowing that we were due for a snowstorm that night, I immediately looked for a glass repair shop close to the highway on my smartphone, all the time praying I could get there before the temperature dropped and the crack spread across the entire windshield. It was my good fortune that I located Master Auto Glass. They immediately took my vehicle in and repaired the glass in about 15 minutes! Great job and saved me from losing that windshield. I highly recommend them!

Had 2 windshields replaced recently and not only were they able to come out to my house the very next day to install the windshields, but their customer service was amazing throughout the process. From the woman who helped schedule our appointment and made the insurance process super easy, to the prompt and friendly installers, and the owner who immediately corrected and reimbursed a transponder mistake that I equally take responsibility for. I would highly recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them for all our windshields!
