I noticed it up in Lumberton and called them to get a replacement. They sent out a tech that had to stop by the shop for the tire and then get to me up north, about 45 minutes in total to get to me. Tech started changing the tire and kept going even when it started to rain instead of hiding in his truck.

Our ac gave out on our way to port arthur tx from southern California. Loves, peterbilt and others had no time to help us. Intertsate was kind enough to take a quick look for an obvious defect and asked us to get parts and he would take care of us first thing in the morning. They went above and beyond to take care of us and truly am great full for there outstanding service. Anybody in the area needs to use them you will be glad you did.

So, driver broke down on on ramp, in Orange, Tx, Called Interstate Tire & Mechanical. Funny thing is, tractor and trailer still hooked to wrecker; 2 techs started looking at the issue. finished in an hour and GREAT rates. Five star A tech knowledge. Good job fellas

My truck started to lose air pressure around 11pm. A brake chamber hose had broken. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they could get to me. This guy Donnie was there 30-40min later. From the time he stepped out of his truck, he was done not even 15 minutes later...or less. He was professional, fast and got me back on the road before midnight. I live in Houston and will drive to Beaumont to let him work on any truck that I will own in the future. You can just tell a good honest guy when you see one. He definitely is one of the good ones.
