Near Sherm's Thunderbird Shopping Center and across the street from Pizza Hut and Starvin Marvins. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and we could not imagine living anywhere but the beautiful Klamath Basin. Our goal is to serve the Oregon and California communities through our business and our time.
We support a variety of community needs through sponsorships and giving. Some of the worthy causes we have been involved with are Kiwanis, Klamath Food Bank, Hunger Not Impossible, Moose Lodge, 4H Club, Basin Youth for Christ, Benefit for the Basin, Klamath Falls Gospel Mission, All American Girl, Autism Speaks and High School Rodeo.

Jeff and his staff are so very helpful. Recently I was hit by another car and I immediately went to State Farm to report the accident. With me being very hard of hearing, I was helped to do a claim with the other insurance company. In the end, all was done properly and I will get my Jeep repaired. I Thank Jeff and his staff so much.

I went into the office today to get a credit card to help build my credit. A lady by the name of Samantha helped me. She was new and did her best to answer all of my questions, and I asked a lot. She then realized that I was not a customer through Jeff and we found out I was at the wrong agents office! Oops. She could have helped me but said that I may prefer to go there so everything is with the same agent. She went above and beyond to give me directions on where to go. All I have to say is if those working for Jeff are this nice to people who aren’t even their clients, their clients must love

I absolutely had a great experience here with this particular State Farm agency. I recently purchased a car and needed full coverage insurance. Not only did Lee beat all the other quotes i tried to get in and out of town by hundreds!!! He was interested in making sure i didn't get sold anything damaged, made sure i knew exactly what my money was paying for and left me feeling comfortable. He asked me to come back with my car so he can do a walk around to make sure everything looks good. And as fast as i got in there i got out. Overall GREAT service and insurance. I will definitely recommend them

I'm a 57 years old, so have had my share of experience with both mainstream and newer internet based insurance companies, agencies, and agents. I was having lots of issues with previous agent and had been shopping around for new insurance. I spoke with an agent with state farm named lee and he saved me around $30 a month and I got renters insurance. Everybody is always pleasant and friendly and professional. My family had been customers Pacific ridge which became commerce West (progressive I believe) and could only afford liability auto insurance. We contacted Lee at Jeff Young's office and he was very helpful and legitimately interested in helping us find a better policy at a fair price. State Farm Insurance provided me with a less expensive auto/home policies for the same coverage when compared to another national company. I also used State Farm for refinancing our home and found Jeff to be an excellent local resource. When I needed questions answered, the national team of refinance folks were good at communicating and Jeff was there to answer questions and help me thru the process.
