I rang last week to update my address and the lady was not only very rude but informed me they would no longer cover my policies with no explanation why, and then she hung up on me. I rang back to get more information, such as they don't cover Washington and to verify I would be insured while I shopped for another carrier.
She also just sent off one of my policies to a random place in Seattle without notification; I had to investigate and track it down. The nice lady who assisted me today at the Seattle office also mentioned that this was a strange scenario with the random transfer without notation
