Steve's Flowers and Gifts was founded in 1973 by Steve and Linda Huth. As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. Steve had dreams of opening his own floral facility on the southside of Indianapolis, and when opportunity came, he went to work to make it happen.
His philosophy from the start was making sure his customers were happily satisfied. The dedication and commitment towards his goal allowed Steve to move into a larger facility in 1976, and opened a second location in the fast growing town of Greenwood in 1982. In October of 1988, Steve designed and had built his own building which consists of 7,000 square feet.

Huge Thank you to Steves Flowers for delivering flowers to the funeral home for our co worker's family member. We had placed the order via 1-800 flowers but the local florist cancelled our order and did not call us to let us know. We were left scrambling last minute to arrange a delivery and Steves Flowers came through for us!! Thank you Linda for helping me out with my order...again. Nice to know I can call from out of state and still receive excellent service. Will continue to use them when I need to send flowers. Stay away from 1-800 flowers or Pro flowers and support a top notch local

I live in California and was unfamiliar with the work or reputation of Steve's Flowers in Indiana. Not only did they create a beautiful one of a kind arrangement, but they made the whole process effortless. Their communication was excellent! They sent me a photo of the arrangement and informed me when they were delivered, exactly on time.
They were patient, kind and courteous. I highly recommend Steve's flowers!

I've purchased flowers online from Steve's for years now without issue. I'm in the military and my mom lives in the area, so I try to get her flowers for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, her birthday, etc, especially with the passing of my step-dad. Typically the flowers are great and there isn't an issue which is the reason I frequent Steve's. Not all florists are the same so it's great when you can find a reliable florist for a quality arrangement. However, this Valentine's Day my mom sent me the picture of the flowers and candy she received, and

I recently went through a death of a loved one and received the most beautiful arrangement from the local florist.
Almost a week later and they are still as bright and beautiful as the day they arrived.

I live in Dallas, Tx and found Steve's Flowers and Gifts online. A very close friend of mine lost their father and I wanted to send flowers to the service. Ordering flowers online especially when out of town is always a little worrisome but they did a fantastic job! The arrangement looked as beautiful as they did online. I was not there to see them but Steve's Flowers emailed a picture to me prior to delivery. This is a nice touch to their service and set my mind at ease. I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

Hands down the BEST service I've ever had from a florist. Period. I ordered online - which typically means the order goes into a black hole and you never hear again. Or if you do it's a generic confirmation.
Not Steve's. I received an email with the details of the order, followed up with several pictures of the actual arrangement being delivered - and later, confirmation that the order had been delivered. And the recipient was thrilled with the flowers. How much better does it get?
My only regret is that Steve's isn't everywhere. But when I need flowers in the Indy

Wow this place is awesome! I'm so impressed that they sent me a photo of the flowers as soon as they were made, and they actually look like the picture! I have never ordered from a Florist who does this. I've always wondered why they don't though..I'm usually so disappointed when I order flowers because they end up looking nothing like what I ordered. When I order flowers, I order them because I love the vase and the flowers that are pictured, but when ordering from other florists, it usually looks nothing like the picture, which I do not understand at all. I just wish this

Highly recommend Steve's Flowers and Gifts! Website offers many gift ideas. I actually placed an order around noon and still was able to get same day delivery. I called to confirm my order and they were very nice and willing to check into everything. Then I received an email with a picture of the floral piece I ordered. Very very well pleased with their service. And... my daughter loved the arrangement! It was for her birthday. Made her day and mine! Thanks again Steve's Flowers and Gifts. I've used Steve's flowers one other time in the past will great results. So I decided to use them again. I pre-ordered a Valentine's day delivery on 2/8 to beat the last minute rush. It was very clear that they would be delivered on Valentine's day. Well they screwed up and delivered the flowers to my girlfriend with a note reading "happy valentines" on the 8th. I called and they offered to resend more flowers on Valentine's day. I explained to them that the excitement of getting flowers at work is because it's an occasional thing and that it kind of takes

I used to reside in Indianapolis, and actually used Steve's Flowers for both of my Proms in 2005 & 2006. I now reside in Las Vegas, but still have friends in Indiana. This is my go to Florist for Birthday flowers or Christmas Flowers! Their customer service is awesome, easy transactions, and I love that they send an e-mail with a picture of the arrangement you ordered, as well as a delivery confirmation e-mail. Ordered flowers this morning from CA to be delivered to a friend in IN. Amanda helped me over the phone and was super nice and attentive. She took all the details and requests down, and the arrangement was gorgeous. It was ordered mid morning and was delivered same day. I even got an email with a picture of the arrangement.
