I'm a registered dietitian, nutrition therapist, and certified intuitive eating counselor with over a decade of experience in Marin County, California. I specialize in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, and body image concerns - and helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting.
Ultimately, I help clients nurture a caring and compassionate relationship with food and their bodies through a non-weight focused, non-diet approach. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I offer individual nutrition and body image counseling sessions for those healing from chronic dieting, body image concerns, and disordered eating and 1:1 eating disorder nutrition therapy for those in recovery from an eating disorder.

Recovery takes a village, but not just any village. A village of people who you trust and in my opinion, who you genuinely like. I'd be honored to be one of those people, as you make peace with food and your body, and as you heal. In eating disorder nutrition therapy, I work with individuals who are in recovery from an eating disorder, their caregivers (if an adolescent), and other members of their treatment team.
If you're here reading this, I want you to know how incredibly brave that is. Finding and getting support, as you make peace with food and your body can feel scary and often, overwhelming at first. So, I invite you to read the below and see if what's shared speaks with you. To give you some insight, here are some signs that nutrition and body image counseling may be for you:.
16: Sex, Body Image & Navigating Conflict & Communication in a Relationship with Rachel Wright. S1 Ep. 16: Valerie Martin on Feelings, Bridging the Gap Between Our Heads & Hearts & Connecting with Your Authentic Self. S1 Ep. 7: Susana Perczek, Part 2 on Changing Careers, Intuition, Fear & Using Clothes to Feel Confident.
Please note that at this time my practice is currently full. Yet, I do encourage you to continue looking for the support that you need. Because nurturing a more positive relationship with food and your body is hard and messy work, but it is also meaningful work and for most individuals, worth any discomfort and challenges in the end.

I found Corinne online years before I really got serious with giving up dieting. I started doing an intuitive eating course online but after a few months I felt stuck. That's when I reached out to Corinne. After the discovery call I was convinced we were a great match. She took into consideration that I am a rebel and don't like when people tell me what to do. The coaching calls were very helpful. We always established at the beginning what we wanted to work on and although I didn't have many sessions with her, I am very grateful for the ones I had. I got a lot of really useful material that I

I had done some work on intuitive eating previously and found Corinne's online group when I felt I needed a refresher. Working with Corinne and having the support of the group helped me understand and practice IE on a whole new level! Corinne did a great job structuring the group topics around issues that were coming up for us, and we went to places I never would have imagined on my own. I am so thankful for this experience and would recommend working with Corinne regardless of whether you are just learning about IE or have been practicing it for years.

I reached out to Corinne after 20 years of dieting and binging, hoping to find a better way to interact with food. Corinne helped me not only examine my relationship with food, but all aspects of my life; helping me learn to care for myself physically and mentally. During every FaceTime meeting I felt safe, valued, and heard. She found the perfect balance of supporting me while also challenging me to identify my beliefs, needs, and goals. My relationship with food and all aspects of my life have greatly improved as a result of working with Corinne. She is an absolute joy to work with and I highly
