Waited two hours for a tow that never came! The driver claimed to show up as we stood waiting for him in the hundred degree weather, a clear lie. The customer service representative that I connected with after said two hours was extremely rude and seemed as if he couldn't be bothered with my concerns. I heard another employee shouting into the phone and laughing during the call. Fresh out of an accident I was beyond stressed and mortified by the way I was being spoken to. Please please please do yourself THE BIGGEST favor and do not call A.N.A towing, DEFINITELY do not speak to Alex and lastly

I had to use this business two days in a row due to my car being broken down out of state. The first night the guy was very rude and took the keys. The next day we had to get it towed again and they forgot the key and when I called them they said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to pay 2 Uber's to pick up the keys and the company refused to reimburse or do anything about it they did not care. Stay away from this company.

Awful experience!!!
The toe truck driver offered to put air in my flat tire to allow me to drive it to the dealership to have it repaired. I waited 2 hours for air. The driver then left. When I followed up with the dispatcher he told me I turned a tire change down and the driver left. (I did not turn down a tire change.) He then proceeded to tell me his driver is lazy and to drive my car to the dealership on the flat tire. He stressed it is safe to drive a car with a flat tire up to 50 miles.

I know all towing companies have bad reputation. I had to call AAA to get my motorcycle towed from Marmora to Manayunk. Tom get by and took pictures of bike. Then he strapped in down. Only thing he misses was a chock but other than that. He got bike to Manayunk fine and that was that. I would call them to maybe tow bike back if it isn't much or ask for recommendation.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! And I've already called Mercedes Benz Roadside to ask them to immediately remove them from their usage! I called Mercedes Benz Roadside on Saturday to have my car towed for a malfunction. On Monday, the dealership called asking if I was ok from my accident. I informed them that they had the wrong car because I was NOT in an accident, my car was towed for a malfunction stating that it was inoperable. After double checking the service rep sent me 8 pictures of my bumper that was ripped off, the grill smashed, and some bulbs under that were damaged.
