Juniper was founded in 2015 in a 1930's historic studio. After 3 years Leah and Alexis decided to expand in Midtown Phoenix. We wanted to create a space where you feel like home, except you have built in caregivers to release the tensions of day to day stress. Alexis and Kara at Juniper Botanical Spa are amazing! I loved my spa day at Juniper - it was refreshing, relaxing and an overall wonderful experience. Alexis provided excellent communication and massage pressure and was spot on with during cupping. I was nervous and Alexis provided an welcoming and healing environment. Kara is wonderful to work with, too - with a lovely personality and fabulous creative eye for detail. I am looking forward to getting services again at this spa with these two lovely folks!

I met Kara just a little bit ago and know that I won’t be getting my nails done elsewhere from here on out. Not only was Kara super sweet, friendly, and easy to talk with, she made the entire gel manicure… experience delightful. I have been looking for a nail artist, and although I did not have nail art done this day (I called *last minute* and was fortunate to get a gel manicure spot), I know I found my gal. This is the most serene place ever! You walk in the door to a completely different universe and feel immediately calm and safe, seen and heard. Today I had my first massage with David, and it was amazingly… healing—spot-on. Alexis is incredible for both massage and acupuncture, even combining the two if needed, and her knowledge of Chinese healing methods is the perfect other element. Juniper is a place of wonderlust!! Leah is an amazingly talented nail artist like I haven't seen before. She completes hand painted masterpieces with gel polish. I still haven't brought in a picture that she can not recreate. There must be magic in Leah's hands because she is not only a skilled artist she is a wonderful esthetician as well.
