Owner, Chris Collins opened Homewood Antiques & Marketplace 8 years ago and, as they say, the rest is history. While we continue to offer an eclectic selection of new and repurposed home furnishings and accessories, HA&M has evolved into so much more. Now we have a myriad of talented, local designers, artists and artisans who sell their unique creations in beautifully stylized spaces inside HA&M.
We also offer many services within our 10,000-square-foot store including fine art printing, custom framing, upholstery and furniture painting. This is why we describe ourselves as a one-stop shop with something for everyone!

Services
We are proud to serve our vibrant and diverse community in many ways. The WellHouse, a non-profit organization that is near and dear to our hearts, provides shelter and opportunities for victims of human trafficking in the Birmingham area. We support the WellHouse by selling t-shirts, bracelets and other merchandise the survivors hand make with all profits going back into the organization.
The store is a mixture of old, new and everything in between. An eclectic shopping experience isn't the only thing that Collins offers. Collins and her staff have created an atmosphere perfect for wandering, and the store itself has become a destination for many. People find things that remind them of [someone] or some place and they'll laugh or tears will come to their eyes.

If you care about your health and the health of others - DO NOT SHOP HERE. None of the staff and several of the vendors do not wear masks at all. There is a countywide mandate and they are
Violating it. 59% of all cases of Covid are the result of asymptotic people not wearing masks. Used to love this place but I will never visit here again. We had to leave after being there for about 5 minutes because we realized the staff and vendors are selfish and don’t care about other people.
