I went to see Sunridge because my friend who had breast cancer raved about Dr. Franco and has been cancer free for some time. So when I had visited 7 doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong with me I thought trying a naturopath was worthwhile. He discovered I had Lyme disease and was able to treat me. I didn't even realize how terribly sick I had really felt until I started to feel better. It wasn't an overnight, magical cure but I believe the personalized medicine and addressing other autoimmune issues I had gave me back my life.

A complete waste of money. I spent in excess of $5000 to only feel worse. Quite honestly when I would go in after treatment regardless of how I told him I felt good bad or indifferent the response was always the same "that is exactly how you were supposed to feel". As far as I am concerned your money is made by giving you IV treatments and keeping you coming back for more. These along with multiple prescriptions. After several treatments My wallet was empty and my health was no better than when I started.

Sunridge medical has great treatment options. And they helped me understand what was going on with me better and to get to a much healthier place. But do not expect one thing more from them, they are completely unwilling to help with any document/ insurance/ business matters. I’ve called on multiple occasions only to be shut down immediately. They’re not good at answering questions, and have bad customer service. For the money spent there you’d think they would be more accommodating.

So far I can't even get them to call me back to set up a consultation appointment. Apparently there is only one person in the entire facility who can write your name down in the appointment book and 4 phone calls and 4 days later, still no call to schedule so apparently I need to find a real doctor who can return calls and is capable of scheduling an appointment. If just this part of the process is this difficult then the rest of the process must be equally annoying, unorganized and frustrating.
