I've called 5 times for 5 days in a row and have been on hold for an hour and a half to two hours each time just to have them hang up on me. The people you actually talk to are egar to put you on hold because they don't want to help you. They dismiss all of your questions and give you attitude then put you on hold. Worst insurance company experience I've ever had. I still haven't gotten through to them either.

I have been a customer starting with Bradley insurance since 2006, they were bought up and the agent promoted.
Prior to now I was happy with my policies and service.
I just had a theft from one of my rental properties and found out I was not covered. When I was speaking to the office, I also found that one of my other furnished rentals had the policy expire 14 months prior.
They promised to pull my files and review, so I would not have any other non covered losses, but when I spoke with the agent today, she informed me that they were too busy to review my documents.
She let me know she was
