Chad is great. He's always very friendly and makes sure that my house's propane tank doesn't get too low. He responds to emails very quickly too. Steven, their service tech, is amazing. I had an issue with installing a new gas cook top and Steven was on the phone with me everyday making sure that the problems I was having were resolved. And then when it was time to get the propane converted and hooked up, he was out here the next day to get it taken care of.

I can't begin to explain how pleased I am with Eddins Oil Company in Zebulon, NC! I showed up unannounced needing immediate help with flushing out my coolant system. They had multiple customers and were "overbooked" to say the least! Not only did they assist me 100% in my time of need, they also did so without complaint and With a Smile 😁 (during the COVID-19 epidemic no less)!! If anything I paid 75% LESS than all competitors quotes!! (compared to the 4 other businesses that I called to get a quote from). . I was back on the road within the hour and got home safely!!

I highly recommend their propane services! If you are looking for a propane provider, CHOOSE THESE GUYS.
I ran out of propane last evening and they were on-site and we were refilled by 8:30am the next morning.
Also, our gas range installer installed a line with a hole in it. Chad came in, diagnosed that as the issue, and replaced the line even though it was obviously not his responsibility.

ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH.......ZERO RATING!!
These monkeys kept my car for 4 days to put tires on, when tires can be delivered in hours. When i was told it would be ready, I found my car in the parking lot where I had left it THE FIRST DAY, and nothing had been touched!. They hurried to put it on a lift and assured me it would be done by lunch, only to find at lunch....IT WASN'T FINISHED! Took mine down to fix a priority job. You got my money once, NEVER AGAIN!

I dropped my wife car for a new timing belt and warter pump. It took them over a week and kelp giving me the run around. They still charged me the full 650.00 didn't care long as it was fixed, after a month I took notice that the coolant was still leaking out when I was changing the oil. So I called them they said bring it back by long story short they told me it was a screw loose but he couldn't get to it without taking the car apart. I asked you didn't do a pressure test when you put the water pump and timing belt on he said no sir and just stood there....... I have been going there for years
